May 2024 Travel Baseball Tournament Volunteers

• Below is the volunteer signup for all 3 May Prior Lake Invitational Tournaments. Please sign up for ANY shift that works with your schedule. The 4 June tournaments will be shared out in May. As a reminder, each family must fulfill 8 hours, with the following exceptions: •Head Coaches: Exempt, 8 hours reduced •Assistant Coaches: Exempt, 8 hours reduced •Team Parent: 4 hours reduced •Families with more than one (1) player in the travel program: Twelve (12) hours REMINDER: Your $500 volunteer check WILL BE cashed if you: •Do not fulfill your hours •Do not show up for your scheduled slot OR •Cancel without finding a replacement after Wednesday @ noon before a tournament Additional volunteer information will be provided to you via email approximately 2 days before your volunteer shift. The descriptions of the volunteer positions are as follows: Concessions: Assist with the sales of concessions items. Clean up garbage in the area as needed. Must be at least 14 years old. Floater: Assist tournament director as needed. Stock concessions, stock bathrooms, empty garbage's, etc. Help wherever might be needed. Must be an adult. Field Maintenance: Assist field maintenance team with general raking and field care before/after games. Ensure scoreboards are being run during the games, pick up trash around field, dugout, and stands between games, as needed. Assist tournament director with collecting scorecards from umpires and sharing with tourney director. Parking Lot attendant: monitor parking lots.
