Hydration

Water, water, everywhere

 Hydration is key for any level of athletics, but especially important for youth athletes that may not know their own limits or may get caught up in the action and forget to drink.  Especially on hot days, it's important to stay hydrated and watch for warning signs of dehydration that can lead to more serious conditions such as heat stroke.  Even in the cooler months, athletes can suffer from painful cramps and other problems resulting from not getting enough H2O.
