Fees for Traveling Softball

Fall Softball

FALL Traveling SOFTBALL REGISTRATIONS ARE IN JULY – This is a shortened season for 10u,12u,14u & 16u teams that wish to continue to play August – early Oct.  Registration Deadline is July 24.

Costs:
8U - $97
10U - $117
12U, 14U, 16U - $137


Regular Summer Season

Cost / Age Group:       ( 2012 cost )                                                 

8U  -  $212 + $70 Pancake Breakfast fee per family*, + Uniform
10U - $232 + $70 Pancake Breakfast fee per family*, + Uniform
12U, 14U, 16U  - $272 + $70 Pancake Breakfast fee per family*, + Uniform


Age Groups:
8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U

*Pancake Breakfast fees are charged at the time of registration.  The $70 fee per family is fully recuperable upon the sale of Pancake Breakfast tickets.  See the Fundraising page for more details.  

Fee Allocation

Below is a list of what fees go toward for each participant for the summer season:

 
                        - League fees      
                        - City field rental/usage fees
                        - Tournaments entry and gate fees (up to 3 per team)
                        - Umpire fees 
                        - Equipment (training aids, bats, & catchers gear)
                        - Help offset tryout costs
                        - Open gyms (walk up fees only cover a small portion of costs)
                        - PLAY administrative fees including
                        - Participant and team insurance
                        - Administrative office and staff costs

Refunds

Registration refunds are made to players if Prior Lake Fastpitch cannot field a team due to unavailability of coaches, insufficient number of player registrations and/or if cuts are required. No refunds are made once a player has been placed on a team.
