Prior Lake Athletics for Youth

Prior Lake Sagert 10U and Kraemer 12U teams volunteered as Buddies to support a Miracle League game on June 9th.

Miracle League of Minnesota Mission Statement:

Provide opportunities for children with disabilities to play Miracle League baseball, regardless of their abilities
Promote community support and sponsorship of a Miracle League
Promote the construction of special facilities that meet the unique needs of Miracle League players and families
We cannot change or cure the medical issues life has dealt disabled children. What we can do is to provide them with an opportunity to experience the joy and benefits that come from playing our National pasttime...baseball.
 
We encourage families with disabled children to contact us, and help to complete this unique project. Anyone interested in the Miracle League concept please step forward and help build the first Miracle League field in Maryland. Bethesda Kiwanis welcomes you to join us, either as a member or as a supporter of your community. We need volunteers and we need the land to build the field on.
