Coach Background Check Status
Coaches - Do you need a Background check ??
All coaches (Head & Asst.) must have a Background check on file. We require they be renewed every three years to help keep the records updated. Coaches -please check if your Asst. have been approved (by being up to date on this list)
The list below will allow you to see if you will need to have a BC updated in order to coach. If your name is not listed or is highlighted in yellow - you will then need to submit a Background Check on the 'Forms' page.
If you are listed, your expiration date for a update will be listed.
This list is updated about every week leading up to a season. About every three weeks during season.
Coaching Application & Background Check
All persons interested in being either a head coach or an assistant coach must review and enter the following Forms:
- P.L.A.Y. Background Check Online Application
- Complete the Coaching Application on the Forms page.
- Complete the Concussion Awareness Quiz on the Forms page and then register your document..
