I forgot my Username or Password

1. Go to the Log In page of P.L.A.Y. Sports website.
2. Click on the 'forgot your password?' or 'forgot your username' link off to the right side.
3. This will prompt you to enter your username or email address- please do this and hit 'submit'
4. An email will then be sent to your primary email address you used to create your account with additional instructions.
5. Click on the link in the email to initiate the password reset. (If this does not work, try copy and pasting the link into your web browser/address bar)
6. The system will then prompt you to type in a new password if clicked that you forgot your password.
7. Once a new password is typed in, you will automatically be logged into the system

* If you don't receive the email within a couple of minutes, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email gets flagged as Spam.

How do I change my primary email address or add a secondary email to my account?

To change your primary email address follow all steps below:
(To add a secondary email to your account just follow steps 1-6)

1. Login into your NGIN Network account by clicking on the "Login" button found in the top navigation bar.

2. Once logged in click on the "Account" button found in the top navigation bar.

3. From the account page, first add a new secondary email address by clicking on the "Add New Email Address" link.

4. A popup/lightbox window will appear prompting you to enter your new email address.

5. Once a new email address is entered a verification email will be sent to the new email address.

6. When the verification email is received click on the verification link within the email to confirm the new email address.

7. Once the email address is confirmed proceed back to the "Account" page and click on the "Make Primary" link found next to the new email address.

8. This will make your new email address the primary address on your account and change the old primary email address on the account to a secondary email address.

9. Click on the "Remove" link next to the old email address if you wish to permanently remove the address from your account.
 

When I try to create an account, it says my 'email has already been taken'?

Our system only allows for one unique email address to be tied to a single NGIN account. A user only needs one NGIN account, which they can use across multiple organization's websites. If the system recognizes that your email address already exists, then you have already created an NGIN Account. If you don't remember your username and/or password, please CLICK HEREfor instructions on retrieving them.

If you already use your NGIN account to log into another organization's website, then all you need to do is 'join the network' for any additional organization's you would like to be a member of. To do this:

1. Log in to the organization's website with the same username/password you used to create your NGIN account
2. Down the left side panel of the home page (below the page buttons), you will see a gray box with a link that says 'Join the xxxxxxx Association Network'. Click on this link to become a Member of the organization.

I created an account, but I am not receiving the Activation Email.

First,  If you don't receive the email within a couple of minutes, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email gets flagged as Spam.

Next, add "no-reply@tstmedia.com" to your Address Book and let us know to resend the activation email.

Finally, Is there another email address you could try? If so, try creating an account with that account.
